Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery for refunds or replacements.
Eligibility:
1. Product must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging
2. Unboxing video is mandatory
3. Eligible only if - product is damaged or wrong item sent or any parts missing.
How to Request:
1. Contact us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp chat (calls are not accepted)
2. Once approved, pickup will be arranged from your home
Refunds:
Refund will be credited directly to your bank account or UPI within 5–7 days after the return is approved
